What size cage is required for a Lineolated (Linnie) parakeet?

I always say that the biggest cage that you can afford and fit in your home is best, with W-I-D-T-H always trumping height. If you plan to let your bird out of the cage for a minimum of a few hours a day, I would consider 24″ wide a MINIMUM. I prefer 30-32″ wide.
